Spinach Soufflé

1 package frozen spinach (10 oz.)

1 tablespoon flour

2 eggs

½ teaspoon garlic

¼ teaspoon Lawry’s seasoned salt
  1. Cook spinach according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile in a separate bowl, beat eggs thoroughly.
  3. Add other ingredients and mix well
  4. Add cooked spinach
  5. Pour into small greased casserole.
  6. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
  7. Top with grated white cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes, until cheese is melted, not browned.
